Jean-François Perrault
Holds a Bachelor of Economics McGill University and a MBA from Concordia University. With over 20 years of experience in the merchant banking and investment banking industries he is currently Vice-President, Corporate Finance at Jones, Gable and Company Ltd. Prior to Jones, Gable, Mr. Perrault was Vice-President, Corporate Finance at Union Securities Ltd from 2004 until the end of 2008. In 2002, he was the founder of Pavilion Capital Partners where he continues to act as Managing Partner. From 1998 to 2002 Mr. Perrault was Vice-President and Director of TD Capital where he was involved in completing small to mid-market investments and launching TD Capital private Equity Partners, Canada’s first international private equity Fund of Funds (approximately 350,000,000$US).

Martin Nicoletti
is a certified general accountant with 17 years of experience. He graduated from Quebec University in Trois-Rivières in 1987 with a bachelor degree in business administration. Mr. Nicoletti joined Price Waterhouse where he spent four years serving several clients in the mining industry. He then spent the next 11 years with companies as a controller or chief accountant. Since 2004, he has been involved with junior mining companies carrying on exploration activities worldwide, with responsibilities in financial controls and financial reporting. Mr. Nicoletti currently serves as the chief financial officer of several junior mining public companies.
