Corporate Overview

Big Red Diamond Corporation ("Big Red") was founded in 1999 and became a publicly traded company in March 2004. Since its incorporation, Big Red’s mandate has been to acquire, explore, and develop mineral resource properties in Ontario and Quebec.

Big Red is a development stage exploration company based in Montreal, Quebec with exploration projects in the West Timmins Gold camp and a rare earth elements property near Sept-Iles, Quebec. The Company is also a joint-venture partner with Metalex Ventures and Arctic Star in the Attawapiskat diamond project in the James Bay Lowlands, close to De Beers' Victor diamond deposit.

Big Red also maintains interests in additional properties located in Ontario and Quebec.

The Corporation is a reporting issuer in Quebec, Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta and trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "DIA".
